Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and optimize end-to-end training SOPs, processes, and systems
- Manage full-cycle training programs: needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, QA, etc.) to identify and address training needs
- Develop and continuously improve training materials (onboarding, product, soft skills, management training)
- Monitor training effectiveness and build data reports/dashboard to drive improvements
- Manage trainer quality, including evaluation, performance tracking, and certification mechanisms
- Conduct root cause analysis (e.g., complaints, performance gaps) and translate findings into targeted training solutions
- Ensure training materials are high-quality, practical, and aligned with business needs
- Support timely training delivery and continuously improve response speed to business needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2–3+ years of experience in Training, Operations, QA, Customer Service, or related fields
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) is mandatory; able to use Mandarin as a working language
- Proficient in English (spoken & written)
- Strong experience in SOP development, process improvement, or training operations
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills (familiar with RCA methods like 5 Whys is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
