Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Training Management: Conduct needs analysis, design programs, deliver impactful sessions, and evaluate results for continuous improvement.
- Public Speaking Excellence: Lead employee training sessions confidently, ensuring clear communication and engagement.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze training outcomes using data and present actionable insights to enhance future programs.
- Innovative Learning Solutions: Build and maintain a state-of-the-art Learning Management System (LMS) to streamline training delivery and tracking.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal teams & Multi steakholders to align training programs with organizational goals.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Creativity in designing engaging learning experiences.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships across levels.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Training & Development
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training evaluation methods.
- Experience managing LMS or e-learning platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure ROI of training initiatives.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital learning tools.
- Willingness to place in Yogyakarta
