Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs and areas for organizational development.
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, workshops, and initiatives that cater to various employee levels and functions.
- Implement effective training methodologies, including e-learning platforms, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Manage the entire training cycle, from needs assessment to program evaluation and improvement.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of external training providers and consultants.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and innovation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and organization development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with business goals.
- Prepare and present training reports and insights to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of working experience as an Training & Organizational Development Supervisor/ Specialist
- Solid exposure in mining industry both at holding and business unit levels
- Able to work collaboratively in order to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Willing to be placed in Pluit, North Jakarta
