- Developing and implementing training programs for commercial team using various methods to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Deliver the training and prepare all things related preparation until evaluation
- Collaborating with commercial team in implementing development for the teams.
- Monitoring area performance and working with commercial to develop programs
- Promoting self-learning through learning management system
- Supporting the implementation of company initiatives at the area level.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major, and preferably willing to be placed in any city.
- Min. 1 year experience in adult training or sales supervisor, and preferably from financial, banking, insurance, or related industry.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs both online and offline
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft PowerPoint (presentations, animation, cropping, etc.).
- Familiar with basic Microsoft Excel (SUM, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
- Willingness to work in office and field.
