Trader Palm Officer (Belawan Medan)

Job Description

• Responsible to do an end to end trading process of all the company commodities, such as FFB (fresh fruit bunch), CPO (crude palm oil), Palm Shell and Palm Kernel;
• Monitoring and coordinating with the site (bulking & mills) regarding the available stock of the commodities;
• Negotiate and coordinate with potential buyers regarding price, other terms & specifications;
• Prepare the administration needed in the tender process including contracts, delivery order, and invoice;
• Manage the purchase of FFB from external parties (smallholders & other companies); including negotiating the terms, pricing, monitoring quantity, and quality, and make coordination with other departments regarding the settlement of the payment;
