Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- The primary responsibility of the Tradelane Manager position is to grow the trade lane with new and existing customers focusing on the assigned trade lanes.
- This position requires a person possessing deep knowledge of Greater China & Other Intra Asia Country import and export process, air and ocean freight.
- The Trade Lane Manager also needs to play a role as a “bridge”, connecting China-IntraAsia business with Operations, Product Pricing, Sales and Marketing.
- This role will have an assigned volume growth target and will be reviewed every 3 months
Kualifikasi
- Fluently / Active in Mandarin (a must) and English
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience, or more, in Trader / Exporter / Freight forwarding business
- Demonstrated ability to gain new businesses
- Experience in attracting and managing clients across the country
- Highly motivated individually who can find, develop, qualify leads into sales
- In-depth knowledge of best-in class sales process and negotiating skills
