Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to achieve sales, market share, and channel growth targets.
  2. Plan, implement, and evaluate trade promotions, merchandising programs, POP materials, and in-store activations across Modern Trade, General Trade, and E-Commerce channels.
  3. Lead and supervise trade marketing activities to ensure excellent execution at the store level.
  4. Monitor sales performance, trade promotion ROI, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize business performance.
  5. Collaborate with Sales, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and distributors to ensure smooth product launches and promotional execution.
  6. Manage trade marketing budgets, promotional calendars, and channel investment effectively.
  7. Conduct regular market visits to evaluate planogram compliance, product availability, pricing, and merchandising standards.
  8. Prepare periodic reports, analyze business performance, and provide strategic recommendations to management.

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Brand Marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in FMCG, Cosmetics, Beauty, or Consumer Goods.
  3. Strong understanding of Modern Trade, General Trade, distributor management, category management, and retail execution.
  4. Proven experience in planning and executing trade promotions, merchandising, and in-store marketing activities.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, monitor KPIs, and measure promotion ROI.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools; experience with BI tools is an advantage.
  7. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Target-oriented, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Willing to travel for market visits and business reviews.
