As a Trade Marketing , you will:
- Execute trade marketing programs across channels (Modern Trade, General Trade, and E-commerce).
- Coordinate with Sales, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Procurement teams to ensure timely execution of promotions.
- Support the planning and implementation of national, regional, and store-specific promotions.
- Conduct regular market visits to check execution quality, competitor activities, and gather field insights.
- Prepare reports on trade marketing activities, including performance analysis and recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and sales growth.
Kualifikasi
- 1–3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Marketing Support (preferably in FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Goods).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Analytical and reporting skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, able to work cross-functionally.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular market visits.
