Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist customers in booking tour packages, flight tickets, hotels, and other travel services.
- Create, prepare, and manage tour quotations, including pricing breakdowns and cost estimations.
- Develop detailed and customized travel itineraries based on clients’ needs, preferences, and budget.
- Design customized travel itineraries tailored to individual or group travel requirements.
- Prepare tour quotations, pricing details, and comprehensive travel proposals.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth tour operations.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients before, during, and after the trip.
- Prepare and send travel documents such as itineraries, vouchers, e-tickets, and invoices.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and assist in resolving issues or complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and market developments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School graduate; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in the travel industry is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Experience in sales, travel consulting, tour planning, or travel coordination is an advantage.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and travel booking systems.
- English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
