Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Purpose:
Responsible for implementing and managing system monitoring tools to ensure the health and performance of SAP S/4HANA infrastructure and networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and manage enterprise monitoring tools.
- Develop dashboards and alerts for proactive system monitoring.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve performance issues detected by monitoring systems.
- Document monitoring configurations and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3 years of experience with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix).
- Familiar with SAP system metrics and network monitoring.
- Experience integrating monitoring with ITSM tools.
- Certification in system monitoring or infrastructure tools preferred.
