Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support the end-to-end execution of title marketing and promotional activities, ensuring smooth on-ground operations for shoots, press days, fan events, and promotional appearances.
- Act as an event runner ensuring timely execution of tasks across teams.
- Manage fanbase coordination related to title promotions, including communication, on-site handling, and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Source, coordinate, and book glam teams in line with approved creative direction and, when applicable, specific cast requests.
- Handle cast riders on the spot, ensuring needs are addressed efficiently while aligning with company guidelines and budgets.
- Arrange and manage hotel accommodations for cast and relevant stakeholders during promotional activities.
- Coordinate and oversee transportation logistics for cast, including schedules, movements, and on-site adjustments.
- Liaise closely with General Affairs and other internal teams for logistics, venue needs, equipment, and operational support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, event management, talent coordination, or similar area.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple logistics streams simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong adaptability to change.
- Willingness to work on weekends when required and comfortable working on-site.
