Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify and approach potential tenants for commercial properties (e.g., retail spaces, malls, office buildings).
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective tenants through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
• Present property offerings and negotiate lease terms in alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of tenants.
• Conduct market research to understand tenant needs, competitor offerings, and rental trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to support retention and expansion opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and tenant feedback.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, leasing, or tenant acquisition
• Strong understanding of commercial property leasing and tenant management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Target-driven with a proactive and persuasive sales approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
