Job Summary:
This position is responsible to support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding for various roles according to company's needs
Job Description :
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Provide psychotest dan technical test to candidates (online and offline)
- Scheduling and assist interview with users
- Facilitate the offering process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms
- Conduct reference checks and assist in the on boarding process
- Do administrative tasks
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, major in Psychology. Min IPK 3.00
- Required skill(s): communication skill, detail oriented, fast learner
- Comfortable communicating in English, verbally and non-verbally
- Willing to learn and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Willing to join for 6 months (Full WFO) with commitment
- Available to join ASAP
