Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Calling clients based on data that has been provided by the company via telephone.
Offer products to clients and explain about the product.
Communication with the client to be able to use the product.
Solve and explain problems when the client uses the product.
Have a strong commitment to achieve the targets set by the company
Responsible for contact the customer, negotiate, provide product explanation to customers by telephone.

Kualifikasi

Minimum 1 years' working experience in Telemarketing.
Minimum diploma / bachelor degree.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and a team player.
Able to work with deadlines and high pressure, positive, and responsible attitude required.
Prefer specialized in loan product telemarketing experience from Fintech / Banking.
