Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle inbound leads generated by Marketing and Sales teams in Vehicle Business department, ensuring professional and process-compliant customer engagement
- Provide consultation to customers on products, pricing, and rental/purchase (financing) schemes tailored to their needs
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Track and document customer interactions to analyze performance and improve conversion rates and call quality
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and after-sales support
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, outbound calls, or call center
- Background in automotive, fintech, leasing, or mobility industry is preferred
- Familiarity with financing/leasing processes is an advantage
- Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and objection-heavy environments
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or Google Sheets
