Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As a Telesales / Lead Generator, you will be at the frontline of building the company’s sales pipeline. Your main focus is to identify, contact, and qualify potential prospects through calls, emails, or digital outreach, and hand over qualified leads to the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls, warm calls, and follow-up calls to engage with prospects.
- Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate products or services.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the Sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate and complete information.
- Execute lead nurturing activities to keep potential clients engaged.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly KPI targets (calls made, appointments set, leads qualified, etc.).
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferably Business, Communications, or Marketing).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology-based companies.
- Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills — both verbal and written.
- Target-driven and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
- Familiar with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.).
- Proactive, adaptable, and highly motivated to achieve results.
- Confident, organized, and able to handle rejection professionally.
