Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Initiate contact with potential leads via cold calling.
  • Identify customer needs and qualify prospects for the senior sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer data in our system.
  • Send introductory emails and schedule meetings for Sales Managers.
  • Track daily activity and provide feedback on script effectiveness.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • High level of resilience and a "can-do" attitude when handling rejections.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
