Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Initiate contact with potential leads via cold calling.
- Identify customer needs and qualify prospects for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer data in our system.
- Send introductory emails and schedule meetings for Sales Managers.
- Track daily activity and provide feedback on script effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- High level of resilience and a "can-do" attitude when handling rejections.
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
