Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company offerings.
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant product/service information.
- Follow up on prospects, close sales, and consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets.
- Handle incoming inquiries, complaints, or support requests professionally via phone or messaging platforms.
- Help to make an appointment with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree in any field
- Possesses experience in freight forwarding
- At least 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing and support roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone manner.
- Target-driven with a proven ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Possess driving license & have own vehicle, minimum motorcycle
- Available to join immediately
- Placement at Cakung, Jakarta Timur.
