Key responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products/services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or services based on their requirements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
Kualifikasi
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year experience in telesales, preference candidates from banking or financial services.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
