  • Conduct outbound sales calls to engage potential customers, persuasively communicate the benefits of membership and close the deal
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and other metrics like number of calls, conversion rate, etc
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our product or services, membership packages, and promotional offers
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions, including customer information, inquiries, and outcomes
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics


  • Diploma Level 3 in Business Administration, Hotel, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the fitness or health industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
