Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Initiate outbound communication with B2B prospects via phone, WA Business & mailchimp other digital channels
- Overview Cybershield’s cybersecurity services
- Identify and understand prospective clients’ IT security needs and challenges
- Schedule follow-up meetings, demos, or discussions with Business Development team
- Maintain, update, and manage prospect information accurately in the CRM system
- Conduct consistent follow-ups until prospects are ready to move into the next stages
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (calls made, leads generated, and meetings set)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, inside sales, or lead generation (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and digital outreach
- Ability to build good relation with prospective clients
- Good listening skills to identify customer needs and pain points
- Target-driven and able to work with daily and monthly KPIs
- Interest in technology or cybersecurity services is a plus
