Are you a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and financial markets?

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Tele-Sales Executive to join our growing team at FOREXimf.com, a leading forex brokerage.

This is your chance to engage with high-value prospects, close deals, and help clients take their trading to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up on Leads: Work with inbound sales leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, following up promptly and efficiently to convert interest into sales.
  • Sales Conversion: Engage with potential clients via phone and email to understand their trading needs and offer personalized forex solutions.
  • Close Sales: Drive the final steps of the sales process, presenting offers, addressing objections, and securing client commitment.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, ensuring that client data is captured and tracked in the CRM system for seamless follow-up and reporting.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, performance goals, and KPIs to contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new trading tools, and market conditions to effectively answer client inquiries and adapt to changing needs.

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of tele-sales experience, preferably in financial services, forex, or trading (experience with digital marketing-generated leads is a plus).
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close sales and meet sales quotas in a competitive environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
  • High Energy & Self-Motivation: A self-starter with a strong desire to achieve sales goals and exceed expectations.
  • Client-Focused: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients post-sale.
  • Results-Oriented: Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple leads and follow-ups while maintaining focus on key priorities.
  • Team Player: Works well with a team but also self-motivated to work independently to hit goals and deadlines.
