Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Make policies, procedures, technical instructions (juknis) related to IT Governance routines.
- Assisting the process of dissemination of policies, standards, and procedures for IT work units and also from regulators to increase understanding of applicable policies and standard procedures.
- Carry out administration and check the completeness of each document of policy regulations, procedures, good technical guidelines (juknis) periodically.
- Check the completeness of IT development and procurement documents in accordance with applicable standard procedures.
- Coordinate with the IT work unit related to the completeness of documents before and after implementing the system into the production environment.
- Storage/archive every IT development document in a repository (sharepoint) on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with related IT work units to follow up on any requests for data and findings from internal audits, external audits, and regulators.
- Create and store weekly and monthly Tech & IT reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science
- Fresh Graduate, min GPA 2.75
- Excellent in Ms. Office
- Understanding of networking, IT framework (ex. ITIL, COBIT, SOX, etc), and SDLC concept is a plus.
- Understanding of project management
- Able to work well in team or individual
- Able to communicate well and adapt
- Ready to work immediately
