Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform installation, test functions, and product training for the customer
- Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of food and pharma industrial laboratory equipment
- Perform the quality control of food and pharma industrial laboratory equipment in the warehouse
- Maintain the installed products according to current regulations or applied standards
- Good customer satisfaction to maintain good relationships with the principals and customers
- Create service and installation reports and other supporting data after visiting the customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Electro Engineering or Physics Engineering
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Technician/Service Engineer/Laboratory Technician or other relevant experience (fresh graduates from Electro or Physics Engineering are welcome)
- Good understanding of food and pharma industrial laboratory equipment
- Good understanding of refrigerator (cooler system)
- Proficient English is a must (verbal and written)
- Have a driver's license (A, C, or both)
- Willing to do regular business trips
- Will be based in Jakarta
