Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, particularly within the palm oil industry.
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote products and services.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product benefits.
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers to meet their specific needs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports to superiors.
- Monitor market trends and gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Take responsibility for tasks assigned by superiors and execute them with integrity and accountability.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering. Candidates with degrees in other fields will be considered if they have exposure to the engineering industry through previous work experience.
- Experience 1-2 years of work experience in an engineering-related field.
- Candidates with an established palm oil industry customer database are strongly preferred
- Strong technical knowledge and sales acumen.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with the assigned region/area is highly prioritized.
- Honest, responsible, and proactive in handling tasks.
- Must be able and willing to travel out of town for business purposes.
