Develop and maintain technical documents such as Functional Specifications (FSD), Technical Specifications (TSD), User Requirement Specifications (URS), and user manuals.
Collaborate with engineers to document RESTful APIs and other system components.
Utilize Swagger for API documentation and ensure alignment with project standards.
Manage content on platforms like Confluence, maintaining accessibility and clarity.
Create technical diagrams and workflows using tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in technical documentation through research and collaboration.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience with technical documentation (FSD, TSD, URS, user manuals).
Knowledge of software engineering and RESTful API.
Proficiency in technical writing with Markdown, HTML, and XML.
Experience with content management systems like Confluence.
Familiarity with tools for creating technical diagrams (Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io).
Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative.
