Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Write instruction manuals, product documentation, and financial guides for fintech products.
Simplify technical and financial concepts for different audiences.
Work with divisions to document remittance processes, regulations, and product features.
Ensure technical accuracy in transaction and financial security documentation.
Create software documentation in collaboration with experts and developers.
Develop self-service knowledge bases, FAQs, and customer support content.
Translate complex remittance documentation into simple content for customers, support teams, and partners.
Create API documentation for fintech integrations with banks and payment providers.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business, or related fields.
1+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
Strong research and analytical skills in financial products and regulations.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent technical writing skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to simplify complex financial information.
Familiar with MS Office, Google Docs, and cloud collaboration tools.
Detail-oriented and proactive in gathering stakeholder information.
