Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Prepare technical documentation for application testing and operational activities.
Work under the supervision and review process of client's permanent employees.
Create and maintain application procedure documents, application architecture documents, and application flow documentation.
Develop flowcharts, ERD, and UML diagrams related to system and application processes.
Ensure all documentation is clear, structured, and aligned with company standards.

Kualifikasi

Minimum education: Diploma Degree (D3) in Information Technology or any related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Technical Writer/technical documentation and communication-related roles
Proficient in documentation tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
Strong understanding of technical documentation standards and application workflows.
Ability to create technical diagrams including Flowcharts, ERD, and UML.
Excellent written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with proper grammar and spelling.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
