Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Install hardware and software for PCs, Laptops, Switch Hub, Routers, Microtic, and Printers
- Install OS, standard software and supporting software required by users
- Install and update applications used within the Tempo Scan Group environment
- Troubleshoot laptops, PCs and printers
- Set up email on user PCs/laptops
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering / Management Informatics / Computer Science /Computer Engineering
- 1 year experience in IT Technical Support
- Skilled in LAN/WAN networking, troubleshooting, Windows OS and standard software installation
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Initiative, solving problems and high passion for learning exploring new knowledge
