Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform routine system monitoring, including checking system/service status and availability
- Verify and reconcile data to ensure alignment and accuracy (data tally checks)
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to IT processes, systems, and issue resolutions
- Support in tracking tickets and incident reports, ensuring timely updates and resolutions
- Collaborate with IT team members to support ongoing administrative tasks and system housekeeping
Kualifikasi
- Final year students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, or admin tools is a plus
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through with assigned tasks
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently with guidance and in a team environment
