Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

Provide training to clients on GPS devices and applications.
Configure and test devices prior to installation.
Handle technical complaints and perform troubleshooting remotely or on-site.
Coordinate with the field technician team.
Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation.

Kualifikasi

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in GPS Tracking/IoT/technical support (preferred).
Strong understanding of GPS systems, communication networks (GSM/GPRS/4G), and device troubleshooting.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Proficient in computer use and supporting applications.
