Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for translating design intent into technical specifications, ensuring product fit, construction, and quality meet brand and customer expectations.
- Acts as a key liaison between design, production, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate product development.
Kualifikasi
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Diploma or in Fashion Design, Textile, Garment Technology, IGTC Education or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical design or product development, ideally in retail womenswear apparel with bottom & outwear category.
- Experience working with factories/vendors (both local and overseas).
2. Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of garment construction, patterns, sizing/grading, and fabric behavior.
- Ability to create and interpret tech packs and technical specification sheets.
- Experience in fit evaluation, creating fit comments, and communicating corrections to factories.
- Knowledge of apparel production processes from sampling to final production.
