Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Ensure the compliance rate of each process at HUB, Warehouse, Super Delivery and Offline are met the KPI.
  2. ⁠Arrange the schedule of TA Officer to ensure efficient audit processes.
  3. ⁠Validate the results of TA Officer's tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance with established TA standards.
  4. Validate the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) of each TA Officer to ensure performance metrics are met.
  5. Prepare audit checklists based on SOPs and Work Instructions (WI) related to HUB Operation, Warehouse, Super Delivery, and Offline Operations.
  6. Provide weekly and monthly reports on audit findings and performance metrics.
  7. Finalize Non-Compliance Reports and communicate findings to related stakeholders for corrective actions.
  8. Conduct monthly meeting with related stake holder to ensure corrective action are well implemented

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent from related major with minimum 2-3 years in the same position (experience in retail would be advantageous)
  2. Strong understanding of Quality Management System or ISO:9001 (certification in ISO is preferred)
  3. Proficient in Excel (lookup/index match, pivot)
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with various stakeholders
  6. Willing to mobile and have flexible working hours
