Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge software solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring the use of best practices, efficient development processes, and adherence to project timelines.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in the fintech sector and artificial intelligence (AI), and assess their applicability to our projects.
- Drive the implementation of AI technologies, such as machine learning and natural language processing, in our software solutions, leveraging them to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members to foster their professional growth and ensure the delivery of high-quality code.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience in the fintech industry is highly desirable, with knowledge of financial systems, transaction processing, and security protocols.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++, with the ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
