Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead the team in designing, developing, and implementing innovative and scalable software solutions
- Conduct regular code reviews and implement quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Identify potential risks and issues early in the development lifecycle, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project schedules and deliverables
- Deploying, monitoring, maintaining and fixing products in production
- Follow industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience of Backend and infrastructure engineering
- Proficient with PHP Laravel/React Js/Next Js
- Familiar with message broker systems such as Redis, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Apache Cassandra).
- Experience with caching solutions (Redis, Memcached).
- Methodology XP, Scrum or Domain Driven Design
- Has experience in managing the development team
- Good communication skill
