Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Technical Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of developers across different tech stacks (Frontend, Backend, Mobile).
- Set coding standards, best practices, and ensure code quality across projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and technical needs.
2. Architecture and Design
- Design scalable and maintainable software architecture for new and existing projects.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools for development and deployment.
- Implement best practices for system security, data management, and performance optimization.
3. Development and Code Review
- Lead development efforts in at least one major tech stack (e.g., React Native, React.js, NestJS).
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to team members.
4. Project Management
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions within budget constraints.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
5. Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD)
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and other relevant tools for automated testing, integration, and deployment.
- Implement and optimize deployment processes to ensure seamless and reliable releases.
6. Team Collaboration and Communication
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership regarding project status, challenges, and achievements.
Kualifikasi
1. Technical Skills
- Proficiency in at least one major frontend framework (React Native, React.js) and backend framework (NestJS).
- Experience with cloud services, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), for backend services deployment.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB for data storage and retrieval.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tools like GitLab for version control and automated deployments.
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and experience with tools like ClickUp for project management.
2. Leadership and Communication
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a technical role, including mentoring and leading development teams.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive project execution.
3. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.
- Ability to make sound technical decisions considering factors such as scalability, security, and performance.
- Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks in software development projects.
4. Agile Methodologies
- Experience working in Agile environments using methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Understanding of Agile principles and practices for iterative and incremental software development.
5. Continuous Learning
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in software development and IT industry.
- Commitment to continuous learning and skill development, both personally and for the team.
