About the Role
As a Team Operations Officer, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day team operations for KFI, while also providing operational and administrative support for the Indonesia National Futsal Team when required.
This role sits at the heart of high-performance sports operations. Working closely with players, coaches, officials, and management to ensure training sessions, matches, travel, and official activities run smoothly. You will operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where preparation, coordination, and execution directly impact performance.
This position is ideal for someone who understands the rhythm and demands of professional futsal, and is comfortable supporting both club-level and national team environments.
What You Will Do
Team Operations & Scheduling
- Plan, manage, and execute operational schedules for KFI activities, including training sessions, matches, travel, meetings, and official agendas.
- Provide operational and administrative support for Indonesia National Futsal Team activities such as training camps, matches, tournaments, and official events.
- Coordinate schedule changes efficiently and ensure clear communication across players, coaching staff, officials, and management.
- Ensure operational readiness before, during, and after training sessions, match days, and tournaments.
Equipment, Kit & Logistics Management
- Manage team inventory including training equipment, match kits, apparel, and supporting gear.
- Ensure kits, technical equipment, and basic medical or recovery needs are prepared, available, and properly maintained.
- Support logistics coordination for national team activities, including equipment preparation and distribution.
- Coordinate procurement, distribution, and maintenance with internal teams and external vendors.
On-Ground Coordination & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as an operational point of contact between players, coaches, medical/support staff, team officials, and management.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and clear information—especially under time pressure and during competitions.
- Provide hands-on operational support during training days, match days, tournaments, and official events.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain structured and accurate administrative records for team operations.
- Support documentation and reporting needs related to club and national team activities.
- Ensure administrative discipline while allowing teams to stay focused on preparation and performance.

Kualifikasi
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree (S1); background in sports management, event operations, or administration is a strong advantage.
- Experience working in football, futsal, or professional sports team environments is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure settings.
- Willingness to work flexible and irregular hours, including match days, weekends, public holidays, and tournament periods.
- Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
