We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Tax Supervisor to oversee our end-to-end tax compliance, mitigate risks, and optimize our tax strategies. You will be the go-to tax expert for the company, ensuring seamless reporting while driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage End-to-End Compliance: Oversee the calculation, payment, and filing of all tax obligations (VAT, PPh 21, 22, 23/26, 4(2), 25/29, and Corporate Income Tax).
- Advisory & Review: Assess tax implications for daily transactions, new business models, and strategic initiatives.
- Tax Accounting & Controls: Perform tax reconciliations, build robust tax SOPs, and support our ERP (Odoo) system implementation.
- Audit & DJP Relations: Lead tax audits, handle clarification requests, and maintain strong correspondence with the Indonesian Tax Authority (DJP) and external consultants.
- Strategic Planning: Identify tax efficiency opportunities and report key exposures and recommendations to management.
Kualifikasi
Who You Are
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance. Brevet A & B certification is a must.
- Experience: 4–6 years in taxation, with at least 2 years in a Senior Tax or Supervisor role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, tax accounting (PSAK/IFRS), and hands-on experience managing tax audits.
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced MS Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
- Working Style: Highly analytical, organized, and capable of working independently to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic setting.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in high-volume industries (Healthcare, Retail, F&B) or a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).
- Prior experience using Odoo.
- Brevet C or USKP certification.
- Experience handling multi-branch entities, transfer pricing, or tax due diligence for acquisitions/restructuring.
