Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Prepare monthly tax returns, including VAT, Withholding Tax (Article 23), Final Tax (Article 4(2)), and Article 25 or 26 (if applicable), as well as the annual corporate income tax return.
Monitor all tax GL accounts to ensure the numbers are valid, accountable, and accurate.
File monthly tax returns and perform tax reconciliations for Income Tax (Articles 23, 4(2), and 26) against GL accounts in SAP. Ensure transactions related to services, maintenance, rent, and other withholding-tax-related items are accurately withheld.
Coordinate with the credit control team to collect prepaid taxes (Articles 23 and 4(2)) and verify that all supporting documents are complete, credible, and free of defects. Resolve any defective documents with customers if revisions are needed.
Maintain proper and complete filing of all tax documents to ensure readiness for submission to tax auditors during an audit.
Perform monthly sales reconciliations against VAT returns. Ensure sales figures in VAT align with GL accounts, and address any variances by explaining discrepancies and amending VAT returns if necessary.
Communicate any changes in tax regulations to relevant departments promptly to ensure compliance across all transactions.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in taxation.
Strong knowledge of regional tax laws and regulations, including VAT, withholding tax, corporate tax, and final tax.
Demonstrates excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a focus on accuracy.
Possesses strong communication skills.
Experience in a tax consulting firm, public accounting firm, or corporate tax function is a plus.
Familiarity with drafting responses to tax litigation processes, such as SP2DK, is advantageous.
Proficient in preparing tax reconciliations.
