As a Tax Specialist, you will:
- Prepare, calculate, file, and report all corporate tax obligations accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, including Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes
- Prepare monthly and annual tax reconciliations between accounting records and tax reports
- Maintain tax documentation and supporting schedules for internal and external audits, as well as tax examinations
- Review business transactions to ensure proper tax treatment and compliance
- Manage tax administration, including e-Invoicing, withholding tax certificates, tax payment processes, and electronic tax filing systems
- Monitor changes in tax regulations and recommend necessary actions to ensure compliance
- Support tax planning initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
- Coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors, and government authorities regarding tax matter
- Prepare tax reports and analysis for management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree inTaxation
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Tax, preferably within the FMCG, Beauty, or Manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including Corporate Income Tax, VAT, and Withholding Tax
- Experience with electronic tax systems (Coretax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-Billing, etc.)
- Brevet A & B certification is required; Brevet C is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
