Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Review and submit monthly tax compliance (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), 26, VAT).
- Review annual tax return (Corporate Income Tax).
- Assist in correspondence with the Tax Office.
- Handle and respond to SP2DK issued by the DJP (if any), including:
- Conducting data reconciliation between company records and DJP data.
- Drafting written clarifications and explanations to the Tax Office (KPP).
- Coordinating with tax officers during the clarification or audit process.
- Ensure all tax documentation and fiscal reconciliations are properly maintained for audit purposes.
- Review monthly tax-to-financial reconciliations and support financial reporting accuracy.
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to tax & finance admin staff as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field.
- 3++ years of relevant tax experience, including direct involvement in SP2DK handling (required).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and tax system/application updates.
- Holder of Brevet A & B certification.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with proven experience in liaising with tax authorities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
- Hybrid placement: Able to work on-site, once a week (WFO at Segari's Head office (Cirendeu, Tangerang) on Thursdays).
