Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare annual CIT calculation and submission
- Prepare tax planning for all taxes
- Review monthly VAT & WHT reconciliations, payment and reporting
- Lead the tax dispute process, prepare argumentation and/or supporting needed to tax authority
- Be the person in charge to discuss, explain and answer tax related queries from internal and external parties
- Monitor and analyze the impact of changes in taxation regulation and provide recommendation to address the changes
- Ensure the company always comply to the prevailing tax laws to minimize potential tax exposure
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation
- Identify and mitigate tax risks
- Conduct training to internal stakeholders when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor Degree majoring Taxation/Accounting
- Having minimum 10 years of experience in taxation in tax manager (tax consultant experience is preferred)
- Must have Brevet A, B, and C certificate
- Advance knowledge of taxation (corporate income tax, withholding tax & value added tax) regulation and in tax application
- Strong business sense, strategic thinking and data analysis ability
- Strong communication, leadership & influencing skill
