Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Oversee end-to-end tax compliance and ensure timely, accurate submission of all monthly and annual tax obligations.
2. Manage tax risk by conducting periodic tax diagnostics and recommending improvements.
3. Maintain strong communication with the Tax Office Account Representative for queries, clarifications, and ongoing compliance needs.
4. Act as the Company’s primary PIC during Tax Audits in collaboration with external tax consultant, ensuring proper data preparation and strategic responses.
5. Support the data preparation and review of Transfer Pricing Documentation with tax consultant.
6. Coordinate with external advisors or consultants to ensure proper tax reporting and compliance for overseas jurisdictions.
7. Initiate improvements to tax processes, internal controls, and compliance workflows.
Kualifikasi
1. A bachelor degree in Accounting or Tax is a must.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in tax compliance, tax audit handling, or tax advisory.
3. Good command of English (written and verbal), experience on working with cross-region team is a plus.
4. Experince in executing Cortex Workflow on an end-to-end basis.
5. Strong understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulations.
6. Experience preparing or reviewing Transfer Pricing Documentation is an advantage.
7. Good analytical skills, systematic and well-organized with a keen attention to details.
8. Great communication and interpersonal skills to create a collaborative environment.
9. Can adapt with fast paced environment.
