- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making for TikTok Go and KOL-related project
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cashflow planning, especially for KOL payments and campaign costs
- Monitor project expenditures, track variances, and ensure costs stay within approved budgets
- Review, validate, and process KOL invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate financial records for all Local Services projects and ensure proper documentation
- Compile and present financial reports, variance analysis, and performance summaries to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Creator Management, Project Coordinators, and Finance teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in project finance, financial analysis, or similar roles
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cashflow management
- Highly proficient in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with financial systems/tools such as Excel, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards
