🧩 What You’ll Do:
- Scout and recruit potential TikTok LIVE talents/creators
- Monitor performance data by track and analyze live streaming metrics, including viewership, engagement, and conversion rates to optimize future streams
- Utilize TikTok’s features to enhance live stream effectiveness, such as in-app promotions, interactive tools, and audience polls
- Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends and live streaming practices to incorporate into future strategies.
- Stay updated on TikTok’s community guidelines and policies
- Conduct outreach, negotiations, and onboarding for online creator
- Provide support, training, and campaign guidance to help creators grow
- Capable of using basic design tools such as Canva
- Organize internal events to help improve creators' data performance
- Produce weekly and monthly reports to support creators with data-driven insights and target analysis
Kualifikasi
🎯 Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin – interview will be in Mandarin
- Min. high school graduate (SMA/sederajat)
- Capability to thinks critically and target driven mindset
- Capability to break down complex situations, detect key issues, and pinpoint the actual problem before jumping to problem-solving
- Strong analytical intuition, communication & persuasive skills
- Familiar with livestream tools, software, and editing apps
- Fast learner, multitasker, and adaptable in fast paced environment.
