Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, talent management, and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement HR policies that support a fast-growing tech environment.
- Support employee engagement and retention programs to maintain a positive culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and handle HR-related inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced or tech startup environment.
- Strong understanding of talent management, employee engagement, and HR best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
