Deskripsi Pekerjaan

As a trainee, you’ll be refined for future leadership roles in our Head Office departments, supporting 5 dynamic businesses (Retail Apothecary, Hotel, Manufacturing, F&B, and Properties). You will:

Develop Expertise: Gain hands-on experience in Finance/Accounting/Tax (FAT), IT, or HR under senior mentors plus training certificate
Solve Real Business Challenges: Be a part of strategic projects that impact multiple business units.
Fast-Track Career Growth: High-performing trainees will transition to employee

Kualifikasi

Fresh graduates (S1 or SMK/SMA) with min. GPA 3.00
Organizational experience (campus clubs, committees, or internships)
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy and proficiency in English
