Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Identify, build, maintain, and coordinate our talent for our Tiktok channel through various strategy.
Manage relationships with current hosts and on-camera talent, and ensuring that all content aligns with our brand messaging and goals.
Collaborate with the live & video production to develop creative concepts and ideas for on-camera talent and host-driven content.
Work with the account executive team to ensure that all on-camera content is effectively translated into high-quality content.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the performance of host-driven content and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in influencer marketing, social media content creation, and hosting.
Assist with administrative tasks related to talent management, including scheduling and coordinating shoots.

Kualifikasi

Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with hosts/talent and external partners.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Tiktok.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Willing to work from the office at BSD, Tangerang.
