Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Training & Casting Host Live streaming
- Creating a daily Host Schedule.
- Monitoring and giving detailed briefs to the host before and during the live.
- Recap all host payment details per month .
- Evaluating host performance based on live metrics, engagement, and sales conversion targets.
- Managing back-up hosts and handling urgent scheduling changes or on-air troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi
- Proficient / Familiar with Google Sheet, Google Docs, Google Slides, Etc
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
- Initiative and responsiveness
- Good communication skill
- Having experience is a plus
- Having hosted live streaming is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, or weekends if required by live streaming schedules.
- Familiarity with live commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live) and live dashboard analytics.
- Attention to detail
