Talent & Organization Development Manager is responsible for planning and implementing strategies to develop employee talent, improve performance, and support organizational growth in Group level. This role focuses on training, leadership development, employee engagement, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage talent development programs for group level
- Identify skill gaps and plan learning initiatives
- Lead performance management and succession planning processes
- Support leadership and organizational development projects
- Monitor employee engagement and propose improvement actions
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in talent development or organizational development
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
